AS OF 1/09 I HAVE THIS INSTALLED ON ONE HOMEMADE INTEL MACHINE, THE CRACK NO LONGER SEEMS TO WORK ON THIS SETUP, THE TRIAL SEEMS TO CONTINUE TO COUNT DOWN. I WILL VERIFY WHETHER THIS IS STILL WORKING ON OTHER SETUPS (MOBO'S, PROCESSORS ETC) AND LET YOU KNOW.  I WAS ABLE TO UNINSTALL THE CRACK AND THE PROGRAM AND REINSTALL THE PROGRAM WITH A FRESH TRIAL, BIG DEAL, RIGHT?

Checked with about 14 other people, continues to work fine on a number of Machines and MOBO's problem seems to be limited to my Gigabyte EP35DS3L. I am also running it on a 2 Dells (Optiplex and Vostro)updating without problems.

It is still working and updating on a number of systems of varied makes and models and oddly not working on similar rigs with slightly different hardware. If you had it installed prior I would suggest making sure the prior install was completely removed prior to reinstalling. You might want to follow this guide from Eset:
